Meet the larger version of Juicy Marbles' beloved Filet, their Whole-Cut Loin! This aromatic, meaty loin has changed the way people look at vegan steaks and ‘joints’, and with good reason, too!
 
Thanks to its lush marbling (the clue’s in the name!), it creates a buttery, velvety mouthfeel that shreds into delectable bites of steak, similar to its conventional counterpart. Like other steaks/loins, it can rapidly form a crisp outer, that locks in flavour, while the centre stays supple and juicy. Not only that, but it’s a great source of B12 and iron, too!
 
Remove from the fridge, slice (if needed), add a bit of salt on all sides, and let it warm up a bit before frying in some oil to help that Maillard reaction along! Serve as you would any steak/loin – with vegetables and potatoes, or even as part of a Sunday roast! Because it shreds so well, it would also work well in things like tacos, and even as a corned beef hash alternative. This larger format is also great for a big vegan beef wellington!
