£4.99 is charged for a "Next Day" delivery service, which means your order should arrive within 24 hours of being sent by us.

If your order contains several products, please ensure you have selected the same delivery week for all or we may need to delay some of your order to group into one delivery.
You will receive an email to inform you that your order has been shipped. Your yorkshires should be with you the next day. If you have not received them next day, please contact us immediately as we will track the parcel for you. If you get a delivery note from the postman or courier, you will need to go and collect them urgently at the depot. We cannot take responsibility if you leave your order several days at the depot and the product is spoilt.
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns.

If you would like to cancel an order placed for a later date, we ask that you you give us a minimum of 7 days from your scheduled delivery date in order to receive a full refund.
